DESPATCH OF NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
SYDNEY, Australia [26 July 2016]: TYRIAN DIAGNOSTICS Limited (“Tyrian”)
(ASX: TDX) announced that further to the ASX Announcement dated 24 June 2016, a notice of extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and explanatory memorandum has been lodged with ASX today.
The EGM will be held at 9:00am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, 25 August 2016 at K&L Gates, Level 31, 1 O'Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
TDX also confirms that it has also completed the despatch of the Notice of EGM and explanatory memorandum and proxy form to shareholders today.
