ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CONTANGO GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED IPO RAISES $99.75m

Melbourne, 15 June 2017: The initial public offer (IPO) for the Listed Investment Company Contango Global Growth Limited (proposed ASX: CQG ) has successfully raised $99.75m.

A subsidiary of Contango Asset Management Limited (the Company ) will act as Manager for the new LIC and has engaged WCM Investment Management, a specialist global fund manager, who will be responsible for investments within the portfolio.

CQG expects to list on the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday 23 June 2017. Investors will be issued one option for every one share issued under the IPO which will also trade on the ASX ( CQGO ).

Taylor Collison is Lead Arranger and Joint Lead Manager to the offer. Bell Potter, Morgan Stanley, Morgans and CommSec are acting as Joint Lead Managers. K&L Gates is acting as Australian legal adviser for the offer.
