CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Contango Asset Management Limited ACN 080 277 998 ( ASX:CGA ), advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ms Kristy Do has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 26 November 2021. The Board acknowledges and thanks Ms Do for her services.

CGA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services as Company Secretary with effect from 26 November 2021.

Mark has extensive experience working with boards of ASX-listed companies guiding and implementing effective corporate governance practices.
