ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS AND NEW APPOINTMENTS

SYDNEY, Australia [25 August 2016]: TYRIAN DIAGNOSTICS Limited (“Tyrian”) (ASX: TDX) announced that following the Extraordinary General Meeting today, George Boubouras, Martin Switzer and Charles Aitken have been appointed to the TDX Board.

Details of the newly appointed directors can be found in the Company's Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 26 July 2016.

TDX also announced that it has received the resignation of Merilyn Sleigh and Simon O'Loughlin from the TDX Board effective from the close of the Extraordinary General Meeting today, 25 August 2016.

The Chairman, Roger Amos, thanked Merilyn Sleigh and Simon O'Loughlin for their service on the TDX Board: "On behalf of my TDX colleagues and the newly appointed directors, George Boubouras, Martin Switzer and Charles Aitken, I thank Merilyn and Simon for their valuable contribution and wish them the very best for the future".
