AssetCo announces that on 29 September 2022 Alex Hoctor-Duncan (a PDMR) received 106,160 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the settlement of his legacy River and Mercantile Group PLC ("RMG") buy-out award (the "Buy-out Award"). The Buy-out Award vested early as a result of the Company's acquisition of RMG in accordance with the terms of the Buy-out Award deed.
