NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")

The Company has received notification that, on 27 April 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC and Eveswise Pension Trustees, both PCAs to Christopher Mills, purchased respectively 2,500,000 and 400,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 34.0 pence per share (the "Purchases").

Following these Purchases, Christopher Mills and his PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 39,897,500 B Shares, representing 27.72% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
