Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 23, 2026 inter-alia considered & approved the:
- Appointment of Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer: The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs. Neetu Maurya as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, from 24th May 2026.
- Appointment of M/s. Vishal J Bhanushali & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration Number: 145806W), having Membership No. 179979, as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2026-2027.
- The Board approved the appointment of Mr. VAIBHAV ODHEKAR (DIN: 05135001) as Additional Executive Director, for a tenure of Five years commencing from date of appointment i.e. 23.05.2026 subject to approval of the shareholders
Pursuant to BSE Circular with ref. no. LIST/COMP/14/2018- 19 and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited Circular with ref. no. NSE/ CML/2018/24, both dated 20th June 2018, we confirm that above Mr. Vaibhav Odhekar are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of order of SEBI or any other such authority
