Release of 5 Million Escrow Shares

We refer to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) dated 4 March 2013 in relation to the placement of 5 million fully paid ordinary shares of the Company (the “ Placement Shares ”) to a professional investor subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months from the date of issue.

The Company advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that the Shares will be released from escrow on 4 March 2014.
