Exploration Activities: Quarter ended 31 March 2011

The Company reports on the exploration activities of its wholly owned subsidiary, ASF Resources Limited:

Western Australia

No field work was undertaken on the Company’s tenements in the Canning Basin during the quarter.

No field activities had been planned for the quarter and adverse weather conditions, including very heavy rains in the Kimberley region, would have precluded any such activities from taking place.

Tasmania

EL14/2007

Field work re‐commenced during the quarter on the Mt Dundas tenement (EL14/2997) situated in the Mt Read volcanics, near Zeehan, on the west coast of Tasmania. Geologists from the Company’s joint venture partner, Heilongiang Geological Institute, were on site carrying out geological mapping, sampling and other investigative work.

EL15/2007 and EL55/2007

No field work on these two tenements was undertaken during the quarter pending finalisation of arrangements with the Company’s joint venture partner, China Coal Geology Engineering Corporation.
