ACQUISITION OF TENEMENTS IN QUEENSLAND
ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with ActivEx Limited (“ AIV ”) pursuant to which ASF will purchase all the issued capital of ActivEx Canning Pty Ltd (“ AIV Canning ”), a wholly owned subsidiary of AIV, for A$75,000.
AIV Canning is the holder of nine 100% owned thermal and metallurgical coal tenements located west of Mackay and south west of Rockhampton within the premier Bowen and Surat Coal Basins (see table below).
