Extension of Star Diamond Loan Maturity Date

ASF Group Limited (“ ASF” ) refers to the $25 million unsecured convertible loan facilities (“ SD Facility ”) granted by Star Diamond Developments Limited (“ Star Diamond ”) and is pleased to announce that Star Diamond has agreed to extend the maturity date of the SD Facility from 31 October 2024 to 30 April 2026.

The SD Facility can only be converted into shares of ASF’s subsidiaries and/or the securities held by ASF or its subsidiaries. As at the date of this announcement, a total of $22.95 million of SD Facility has been drawn down.
