CMR Secures $2 Million Loan Facility

ASF Group Limited (the “ Company” ) is pleased to announce that Civil & Mining Resources Pty Ltd (“ CMR ”), a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Loan Agreement with Star Diamond Developments Limited (“ Star Diamond ”) pursuant to which Star Diamond agreed to provide a $2 million unsecured loan facility (“ Loan Facility ”) to CMR, which bears an interest rate of 9% per annum and for a term of 1 year.

The Loan Facility will be used by CMR for general working capital purposes.
