CMR Secures $5 Million Additional Loan Facility

Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ Company” ) dated 26 August 2024, the Company is pleased to announce that Star Diamond Developments Limited (“ Star Diamond ”) has agreed to increase the unsecured loan facility (“ Facility ”) granted to Civil & Mining Resources Pty Ltd (“ CMR ”), a subsidiary of the Company, by $5 million to a total of $7 million. Star Diamond also agreed to extend the maturity date of the Facility to 31 December 2025.

The proceeds from the loan will be allocated towards restructuring and settling prior financing obligations, as well as providing working capital to support ongoing operational needs for CMR.
