TERMINATION OF LOAN AGREEMENT

Key Petroleum Limited (ASX: KEY) (“Key” or “Company”) advises that the Company and ASF Group Limited have, by mutual agreement, terminated the Loan Agreement between the two companies.

No funds were drawn down pursuant to the Loan Agreement and there are no penalties to be paid as a consequence of the termination.

Further information on the Loan Agreement is contained in Key’s announcement to ASX dated 18 October 2024.
