Termination of Loan Facility to KEY

Reference is made to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ASF”) dated 18 October 2024 in which ASF announced that it has entered into a Loan Facility Agreement (“Loan Agreement”) for the granting of an unsecured loan facility of up to A$200,000 to Key Petroleum Limited (“KEY”).

ASF advises that no facility amount has been drawn down by KEY under the Loan Agreement and both parties agreed to terminate the Loan Agreement which will have no further force and effect from 4 December 2024.
