Rey varies loan agreement with ASF Group Limited

Rey Resources Limited ( Rey or the Company ) is pleased to advise that the Company has agreed with ASF Group Limited ( ASF ) to extend the maturity date for its loan facility of $2 million with ASF ( Loan Facility ) from 31 March 2020 to 30 June 2020.

All other terms and conditions of the Loan Facility remain the same.
