Sale of CMR Tenements
ASF Group Limited (“ASF”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Civil & Mining Resources Pty Ltd (“CMR”), has finalised a Sale and Purchase Agreement with ActivEX Limited (ASX: AIV) for the sale of nine (9) 100% owned thermal and metallurgical coal tenements (see table below) located in Queensland, approximately 100km west of Townsville to AIV for A$75,000.
