Further value realized - ASF Technologies Ltd

Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ Company ”) dated 30 April 2019 in relation to the disposal of interest in ASF Technologies Ltd (“ ASFT ”) to Magic Goal Investments Limited (“ MGI ”), the Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into another Share Transfer Agreement (“ Agreement ”) with MGI for the disposal of a further 13.57% interest in ASFT to MGI for a cash consideration of A$1,357,000.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the consideration will be paid within ten business days from the date of signing of the Agreement. Upon completion of the transaction, MGI’s interest in ASFT will increase to 61.43% and the Company will have a 10% interest in ASFT.
