REPAYMENT OF LOAN OF $1.7M BY AIV

Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF” ) dated 24 September 2018 in relation to the $2 million loan facility (“ Facility ”) granted to ActivEX Limited (“ AIV ”), ASF announces that AIV has repaid the outstanding Facility, representing $1.7 million (inclusive of $240,000 interest), in full by the maturity date of 31 December 2019.
