Amendment to Star Diamond Convertible Note Facilities
Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) dated 29 June 2017 in relation to the extension of maturity dates of the convertible notes including (i) $5 million convertible note issued to Star Diamond Developments Limited (“ Star Diamond ”) in September 2016 (“ $5M CN ”); and (ii) $10 million convertible note also issued to Star Diamond in March 2017 (“ $10M CN ”, together with the $5M CN the “ CN Facilities ”), ASF is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Deed of Amendment with Star Diamond for the amendment of the CN Facilities as follows:

(i) the maturity date of the CN Facilities is further extended to 31 October 2020; and
-
(ii) an additional $5 million facility which bears same terms of the $10M CN is granted to ASF, making the total CN Facilities of $20 million.
Save as aforesaid, other terms and conditions of the CN Facilities remain unchanged.
As at the date of this announcement, a total of $11 million CN Facilities has been drawn down.
