Variation to Loan Facility

Rey Resources Limited (“Rey” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company has agreed to extend the facility amount for its $2,000,000 loan facility with ASF Group Limited ( Loan Facility ), as announced on 2 March 2018, to $2,500,000.

All other terms and conditions of the Loan Facility remain the same.
