Extend Facility to Rey Resources Ltd

Further the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF” ) dated 2 March, 2018, ASF advises that it has agreed to extend the facility amount for its $2 million loan facility (“ Facility ”) granted to Rey Resources Limited to $2.5 million.

The other terms and conditions of the Facility remain unchanged.
