Extend Facility to ActivEX Ltd

Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF” ) dated 14 November 2017 in relation to the granting of $1 million loan facility (“ Facility ”) to ActivEX Limited (“ AIV ”), ASF announces that it has agreed to increase of the Facility amount to $2 million and extend the maturity date to 31 December 2019.

The other terms and conditions of the Facility remain unchanged.
