Extension to loan facility repayment date

Further to its announcement on 30 October 2015, Rey Resources Limited (“Rey” or “the Company”) advises that it has, by agreement with ASF Group Limited (“ASF”), extended the repayment date for its current $2 million Loan Facility with ASF to 30 June 2016.
