ASF Preferred Proponent in The Broadwater Marine Project

ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) is pleased to announce that ASF Consortium Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASF, together with its strategic partners in China have been today announced as the Preferred Proponent by the Queensland Government and Gold Coast City Council for the development in the Gold Coast of an integrated Marine Project at the Broadwater (“ The Broadwater Marine Project ”).

The Broadwater Marine Project is a joint initiative of the Queensland Government and Gold Coast City Council seeking investments to deliver an integrated tourism development in Queensland.

It is expected that more information will be released in the coming weeks after detailed discussions are held between ASF, the Queensland Government and Gold Coast City Council.

The Broadwater Marine Project could become the largest integrated tourism development in Queensland’s history.

The world-class project seeks delivery of a cruise ship terminal on State Governmentowned land on The Spit in the Broadwater. This integrated tourism project could also include a hotel, marina and super yacht facilities, retail entertainment, hospitality, community open space, recreation facilities and a mix of residential development.
