Release of Escrow Shares
We refer to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) dated 1 October 2013 in relation to the completion of the placement of 13,636,364 fully paid ordinary shares of ASF (the “ Placement Shares ”) to a professional investor subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months until 27 September 2014.
ASF advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that the Shares will be released from escrow on 29 September 2014.
