Completion of $3 Million Placement

Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) dated 2 September 2013 in relation to the placement of 13,636,364 fully paid ordinary shares of ASF to a professional investor at an issue price of $0.22 per share (“ Placement ”), we are pleased to announce that the Placement has completed upon issue and allotment of the remaining 3,091,142 ordinary shares of ASF to the investor on 30 September 2013.
