ASF lodges bid in The Broadwater Marine Project

ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) is pleased to announce that ASF Consortium Pty Ltd (previously known as ASF China Property Fund Pty Ltd), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASF, together with its strategic partners in China has lodged its bid with the Queensland Government and Gold Coast City Council for the development in the Gold Coast which includes a new cruise ship terminal at Broadwater (“ The Broadwater Marine Project ”).

The Broadwater Marine Project is a joint initiative of the Queensland Government and Gold Coast City Council seeking investments to deliver an integrated tourism development in Queensland.

It is expected that a response to the bid will be received in the coming months.
