ASF BALMORAL FORMS RELATIONSHIP WITH LA TROBE FINANCIAL

ASF Group Limited (ASX:AFA) is pleased to announce that its financial services subsidiary, ASF Balmoral Pty Limited (“ASF Balmoral”), has entered into a Distribution Relationship Agreement (“Agreement”) with La Trobe Financial Services Pty Limited (“La Trobe Financial”).

Under the Agreement, ASF Balmoral will assist La Trobe Financial to identify and raise capital from investors within the Australia wholesale markets to provide additional funding for its property mortgage financing activities.
