Successful Completion of Private Placements

Further to our announcement on June 9, 2009 ASF Group Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a series of private placements to 3 sophisticated investors. A total of 18 million shares have been issued in the placements raising a total sum of $1.986 million.

Chairman of ASF, Ms Min Yang, said “the Company is very pleased to have received investor support at this important time in the development of the Company. The funds will be employed to continue our objective to add shareholder value in the short to medium term by further development of our existing assets and activities”
