EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE OF OFFER TO 21 DECEMBER 2007

The Board of ASF Group Limited (ASX: AFA) has resolved to extend the Closing Date for the Share Offer contained in the Company’s current Prospectus.

The new Closing Date of the Offer is 21 December 2007 and the expected date for re-quotation of the Company’s shares on ASX is a date in either late December 2007 or early January 2008.

The Closing Date has been extended due to the original short Offer period, and the new Closing Date will enable the Company to accept Applications for Shares from a larger number of potential investors who have expressed interest in the Offer.

Directors retain the right without prior notice to close the Offer earlier than 21 December 2007, and interested investors are advised to submit Applications, promptly.
