Appointment of Director – William Kuan

ASF Group Limited (“ ASF ”) is pleased to announce that Mr William Kuan has been appointed a Director of ASF effective 1 April 2014.

Mr Kuan joined ASF as the Company Secretary in February 2010 and has been responsible for all aspect of financial and corporate matters of the ASF Group. Mr Kuan is a CPA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) in the UK. He has extensive experience in accounting, corporate finance and company secretarial areas. Prior to joining ASF, he was company secretary for a number of diverse Hong Kong listed companies.

ASF is pleased to welcome Mr Kuan to the Board and look forward to his continued contribution to the Group’s development.
