CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

ASF Group Limited (the “Company”) advises that Mr Barry Frederick Neal has resigned as Company Secretary and part-time CFO of the Company. Mr William Chi Yuen Kuan has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from 26 February 2010 and has also been appointed Finance Manager of the Company.

Mr Kuan has over 10 years experience as a company secretary for listed companies in Hong Kong. He holds a Master Degree in International Accounting and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK).

The Company would like to thank Mr Neal for his contribution to the continued development of the Company and wish him well in his future roles. Also the Company warmly welcomes Mr Kuan to the Sydney head office and looks forward to the prospect of him enjoying a long and successful future with the Company.
