Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, ASF Group Limited (ASX: AFA) (the “Company”) advises that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 27 November 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5:00pm Sydney time on 9 October 2024.

A notice of the AGM will be issued in due course.
