Clarification of Date for Return of Proxy Forms

We refer to the upcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held Prince Albert Room, Sir Stamford Hotel at Circular Quay, 93 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 8 November 2007 commencing at 10 am ( AGM ).

It should be noted that proxy forms in relation to the AGM must be received no later than 10:00am on 6 November 2007 as stated on the proxy form accompanying the AGM Notice. The date for return of proxy forms on page 4 of the AGM Notice was incorrectly stated.
