Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim , ASX: GMR) lodges an Appendix 3Y relating to the sale of shares by the Company’s Managing Director, Craig Mackay.

The Company has been advised by Mr Mackay that he has sold the shares in order to settle an outstanding debt relating to the exercise of options in the Company’s shares on 29 December 2010.
