Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Golden Rim Resources Ltd (‘GMR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GMR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 December 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Golden Rim Resources Ltd ABN 39 006 710 774 (the Company ) requests that the Company’s securities be placed into a trading halt with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested for the purpose of the Company finalising arrangements regarding a capital raising.

• (b) The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to the market of the capital raising and the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 December 2022.

• (c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

• (d) The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
