COMPLETION OF TRANCHE 2 OF PLACEMENT AND CHANGE OF INDEPENDENCE
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Golden Rim or Company ) has today issued 141,055,544 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of $0.009 per share pursuant to Tranche 2 of a placement, as announced on 2 February 2021.
Tranche 2 of the placement was approved by shareholders on 24 March 2021 and included participation by Golden Rim’s Chairman, Adonis Pouroulis, for 40,222,210 shares being $361,999.89.
The Company also advises that General Manager Corporate and Company Secretary, Hayley Butcher, is taking extended leave and Non-Executive Director Kathryn Davies has stepped in to fulfil this role until Ms Butcher returns. In accordance with Corporate Governance guidelines, the Board has determined that, whilst fulfilling this position, Ms Davies is not considered an independent Director.
