Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Golden Rim Resources Ltd (‘GMR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GMR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 September 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST (ASX CODE: GMR)

We request the ASX Limited ( ASX ) grant a trading halt in respect to Golden Rim Resources Ltd’s securities listed on the ASX market prior to the market opening on Monday 13 September 2021.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• The Company is in the process of finalising arrangements regarding a capital raising.

• • The Company anticipates that the trading halt will end upon the earlier of the announcement with details of the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Wednesday 15 September 2021.

• • The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX, or any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
