Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR) ( Golden Rim , Company ) advises that it has issued 100 shares under its Prospectus dated 24 March 2020 and accordingly, the Prospectus is now closed.
The Company also advises that in Part 5D of its Appendix 3B dated 18 March 2020, section 5D.1b should have read “Yes”, with respect to 100 shares and section 5D.1c should have read “No”.
