TRADING HALT
The securities of Golden Rim Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 20 June 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST (ASX CODE: GMR)
We request the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) grant a trading halt in respect to Golden Rim Resources Ltd’s securities listed on ASX prior to the market opening on Friday, 16 June 2017.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

The Company is in the process of finalising arrangements for a capital raising.

The Company anticipates that the trading halt will end upon the earlier of the announcement with details of the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 20 June 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX, or any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
