VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION (ASX CODE: GMR)

We request the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) place Golden Rim Resources Ltd’s securities listed on ASX into voluntary suspension prior to the market opening on Tuesday, 20 June 2017.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

• The Company is in the process of finalising arrangements for a capital raising.

• The Company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will end upon the earlier of the announcement regarding the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 21 June 2017.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended by the ASX, or any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the suspension.
