NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE EXTENDED
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Golden Rim , Company ) advises that it has extended the closing date for the non-renounceable rights issue announced on 9 August 2017 to 5.00 pm (AEST) on Monday, 11 September 2017 .
The non-renounceable rights issue is for 2 fully paid ordinary shares in Golden Rim ( New Shares ) for every 5 fully paid ordinary shares held at an issue price of $0.003 (0.3 cents) per New Share to raise up to approximately $2.5 million (before costs) ( Rights Issue ). For every 2 New Shares subscribed for, subscribers will also be offered one free attaching option exercisable at $0.005 (0.5 cents) each on or before 31 January 2019.
The Company will be exhibiting at the Africa Down Under conference to be held in Perth, Western Australia, on 6-8 September 2017. Craig Mackay, Managing Director, will also be speaking at the conference. The conference provides an excellent opportunity to connect with existing shareholders and potential new investors and therefore Golden Rim has extended the closing date for the Rights Issue.
The prospectus dated 9 August 2017 (supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 16 August 2017) ( Prospectus ) has been sent to eligible shareholders (mail or electronic) and is available on the ASX website and the Company’s website (www.goldenrim.com.au). Eligible shareholders should read the Prospectus and in order to apply, will need to complete the personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form that accompanies the Prospectus and which was either mailed with the Prospectus or which is available on the Company’s website (you will need your HIN/SRN).
The revised timetable for the Rights Issue from the new closing date is set out in the table below:
