$1.27 MILLION RAISED UNDER RIGHTS ISSUE
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Golden Rim , Company ) advises that its nonrenounceable rights issue announced on 9 August 2017 ( Rights Issue ) has now closed. The Company received valid applications for 424,617,789 shares, raising approximately $1.27 million (before costs), under the Rights Issue.
The maximum number of new shares that were available to be issued under the Rights Issue was 858,153,600 and therefore the resulting shortfall is 433,535,811 shares.
Craig Mackay, Golden Rim’s Managing Director, said “We are pleased with the results of the Rights Issue and the support we have received from our existing shareholders. Arrangements are being made to commence our drilling program at the Company’s flagship project, the Kouri Gold Project in Burkina Faso, as soon as possible”.
