SERVICES FOR EQUITY ARRANGEMENT
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR, Golden Rim , Company ) is pleased to advise that the Company has agreed to issue 1,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( Shares ) at an issue price of $0.045 per Share to Canadian broking firm, Eight Capital, as payment for the services they have provided to the Company to date.
Eight Capital is engaged by the Company to secure a corporate transaction for its Paguanta ZincSilver-Lead-Gold Project ( Paguanta ) in Chile (ASX announcement 2 August 2017).
The Shares will be issued under the Company’s placement capacity (Listing Rule 7.1) and therefore the issue is not subject to shareholder approval. The Company’s Secondary Trading Notice and Appendix 3B will follow shortly.
