Placement under Listing Rule 7.1A

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1A.4(b) the following information is provided with respect to the Company’s recently announced Placement:

• a) The dilution to existing shareholders who did not participate in the raising, as a result of:

  • the issue under Listing Rule 7.1 is 0.0%;

  • the issue under Listing Rule 7.1A is 5.9%; and

  • the total placement is 5.9%

• b) The securities were issued to sophisticated investors as it was considered to be a more efficient mechanism for raising the funds for the current placement. The placement did not expose the Company to market volatility that might have been experienced over a more protracted raising process such as a rights issue. Further, in November 2013, the Company completed an offer to eligible existing ordinary shareholders through a share purchase plan;

• c) There were no underwriting arrangements in place for the placement; and

• d) There were no fees or costs incurred in connection with the issue.
