Rights Issue Allotment
Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim and Company, ASX: GMR) announces it has today allotted 56,800,692 million fully paid ordinary shares under its recently completed rights issue.
The renounceable rights issue gave eligible shareholders the opportunity to purchase one fully paid ordinary share for every nine held at 4 cents each. The rights issue follows a recently completed placement of 52,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of 4 cents per share to raise $2.1 million. The total raised by the placement and rights issue is $4.4 million (before expenses).
The total issued capital for the Company following the allotment for the placement and rights issue is 568,006,923 fully paid ordinary shares. The twenty largest holders are set out in Table 1.
