Share Purchase Plan for Shareholders
Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim ; ASX: GMR) is pleased to announce that it will be offering existing eligible shareholders, the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan ( Plan ). Shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand as at 23 October 2013 will be eligible to participate in the Plan.
The Plan entitles eligible shareholders to purchase up to $15,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( Shares ). The issue price will be determined on the date the Shares are issued under the Plan, and will be the price that is a 10% discount to the volume weighted average price of the Company’s Shares sold on ASX over the five trading days ending before the Shares are issued under the Plan. The Company will announce the final issue price once it is determined.
Eligible shareholders will have a choice of 4 options of amounts of Shares of which they may subscribe for one. These are detailed below:

The Company wishes to raise up to $1.5 million under the Plan however, the Company reserves the right to determine the amount it raises under the Plan. The Directors reserve the right to allot fewer shares than eligible shareholders apply for.
The proposed timetable for the Plan is detailed below however the Directors reserve the right to vary the dates and times without notice.
