Closure of Share Purchase Plan
Golden Rim Resources Ltd ( Golden Rim or Company , ASX:GMR) today announced the closure of its Share Purchase Plan, which was lodged with the ASX on 30 October 2013 ( Plan ).
The offer was made available to existing shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand (as at 23 October 2013) in recognition of shareholder support. The issue price will be determined on the date the shares are issued under the Plan (on 26 November 2013) and will be the price that is a 10% discount to the volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares sold on ASX over the five trading days before the date shares are issued under the Plan. The Company will announce the final issue price once it is determined.
The timetable for completion of the offer under the Plan will be:
