RIGHTS ISSUE
The Board of Directors of Golden Rim Resources Ltd (“ Company ” and “ Golden Rim ”) are delighted to announce that the Company’s recent Rights Issue which closed on 4 June 2009 has been highly successful with oversubscriptions received.
The Company is in the process of determining the final distribution of securities between entitlement applications, shortfall applications and placements by the Underwriter of the shortfall. Upon completion of this process the Company will make a further announcement.
Due to the overwhelming response to the Rights Issue, the Underwriter is also looking to place the additional 15% placement capacity available to the Company.
